Pastor Pete Hoglund
Pastor Pete and Becky moved to New England from Chicago in 2007 to join the Emmanuel family. They have four grown kids, Noah (28), Elsa Mullins (25) and her husband Ean, Gretta (22) and Olivia (19). Pete enjoys the gym, reading, movies and working outside as well as playing music. Becky has a huge heart for foster care, her family, hiking and exercise. They are both passionate for caring for young adults and families and long to provide a safe place for all people to be loved and encouraged as they journey towards God. It is their mission to help people both in and outside the church to consider the hope of Christ and His relevance for this generation. Contact Pastor Pete
Don Ricketts serves on the Elder Board as one of the spiritual leaders of the church family. God has enriched his life with his beautiful wife, Elyse and has granted them the awesome opportunity to be parents of two precious jewels, Damen and Justin. He works in the IT space with a focus and emphasis on Windows OS platform. Don has an insatiable appetite for Christian Education class as an amazing opportunity for adults to plumb the depths and riches of God's Word. During his free time, he reads, journals, reflects on our life and times and as a spiritual poet, he is inspired to write short essays with a fervent flare of "spoken word poetry." Don is always up for good food and good times with good friends.
Kent serves as an elder and in our worship ministry at EBC along with his wife Kathy, who also serves as a deaconess. Both Kent and Kathy have been part of various areas of ministry over the past 18 years and enjoy the fellowship of believers. Kent’s professional background is that of business development, sales training and strategic planning in both brand development and construction industries. However, his true passion is shepherding, a heart for worship ministries, a new song, a good Bible study with believers and the proclamation of the gospel, and a nice motorcycle ride with Kathy.
Steve Reynolds has served on the Elder Board since 2017. He and his wife Doris have two adult children Amy and Jillian. Doris and Steve have attended EBC for 16 years and love the fellowship they share with others in Christ. Outside of EBC, Steve is a Sales Rep for Hunter Engineering and has a passion for most things mechanical. As a native Bostonian he speaks perfect English and loves the Patriots.
Brian Mileti has been attending Emmanuel Baptist Church since 2012 with his wife Andressa and their four children, and both have enjoyed serving in various ministries at Emmanuel. Brian has a small architectural sales company and works throughout the Northeast. In his free time, he likes to take a ride on his motorcycle with Andressa. Brian feels called to prison ministry and serves with Prison Fellowship at Old Colony Correctional in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
